Hi everybody! Long time, no see - and I am so sorry for the long break between my blog-posts. I feel that I have a good excuse though, all my time and energy have been put into school and training. Finally I have completed my bachelors degree in business finance, and next week I am starting in a new job. I'm very excied about it - but above all I'm excited to compete in bodyfitness again! Since my last post I have started my diet, and I'm on my way back into shape. I promise to be a better athlete blogger from now on - and keep you posted on my journey to the stage this fall.

Hi! I recently returned from Bodypower in Birmingham. It was a great experience with some of the Better Bodies friends. During the days we sold our awesome clothes to the English and in the evenings we hung out and had fun together. We found a greatItalian restaurant and lived with an amazing view across Birmingham. We also had time for a workout with Branch Warren at the legendary Temple Gym!! =D A real hardcore gym with pictures of many great bodybuilders such as Dorian Yates.

Im very happy to be part of the Better Bodies TEAM !!! I just came back from Body Power in UK ,before I was at Loaded Cup in Denmark and FIBO in Germany ..have been traveling like crazy ..now its time to set my life again and back to compete :) I just started my diet and training for my next show and I started in a great STYLE :) with BETTERBODIES clothes ..and I LOVE IT !!!! Finally we have summer and sun in Finland! Can´t believe how much more energy the sun can give! Now we should enjoy, we have a long hot summer coming! Finally today I have my bicyckle from winterstorage... chains rusty and under small dust layer, but I cyckled to gym this morning. Wonderful, I managed without any problems, even though the rattle and noises from the chains predicted something else. ;) At the gym there were again athletes doing their morning work outs. Often athletes of other sports come also asking for tips on gym work outs and diets.

Oh my God, it is so good to finally be back in the gym! After getting a light pneumonia a couple of weeks ago I have been more or less in the bed or on the couch. I have been at work every day, even if I probably shouldn't have - but if I have to stay at home all day I would have gone crazy by the end of the first day! This week I've been to a Metallica consert in Oslo! My favorite band, and my favorite traning music. Especially when I train legs! You have no idea how much harder it makes me train!! "The God that failed" is one of my favorite songs, and it always makes me push harder! You should try it, if you haven't done it yet;) After the consert I've had some pretty hard days. Simply cause it works everywhere!!And I mean everywhere! Specially for myself it was great surprise to have these new skull prints. And fresh colors are just perfect for summertime! Shaped jazzpants keep their shape up after tens of times washing n sweating!And like U see in other pic - Better Bodies definitely Rocks!! - Burnout tee, pale yellow - I love to wear comfortable not only in gym but at my free time too and most of all - want to look good ;) Have a great day you all!! Now it's not much left for me to get up on stage again and as it stands now, I have two tough weeks ahead of me where everything must be fine and that I follow the diet to 110% to come in good shape. This time its Toronto pro in Canada. AA

For those of you who never been to Sweden, you should take the opportunity now. The weather is really nice and me and my neighbors eat BBQ for dinner every day.Something else that is cool is that we gathered a few athletes and decided to film one of our training sessions. It was back-training on the schedule and we trained for 2 hours. It's so motivating to train with other athletes!Usually I train legs and upper body every other workout, DC stile. This back-workout, felt for days....
