Today's workout looked like this!10 minutes of cardio to warm up the muscles. I started my training with front squats. I started easy and then increased the weight after each set. A total of five sets of about 8 repetitions in each set. Then it was time for my favorite, the leg curl. Here I trained with one leg at a time and I did it slowly. Now has a period of a lot of fun happenings started which include many travels around the world.I just came home from Dallas, Texas and NY! Our (Swedish Fitness) ground breaking "destination" event in Dallas for our upcoming showroom and warehouse was finally here!The event itself was a very important business event for all of us where we wanted to tell the world that we now are making hard core decisions building up our local business in the very important USA market with a warehouse and show room that has GASP & Better Bodies and our complete company group and team behind it.

I have been very busy the last 2 months.Sometimes life can take a drastic change! In 2 month I resigned from my job, had a great an long vacation, went on a training camp in Cambodia, changed from gym training to kickboxning, got the job of my dreams and went to Dallas for one of the best event ever with all my new colleagues and friends. I will be working for Better Bodies and GASP on an international basis with a focus on the USA. I'm so excited about this opportunity! This is a dream that becomes true for me! I can't be happier than this! I have a feeling that I'm unbeatable! I have changed the way I train.

My dreams and goals this summer along with regular fitness was to take pilates and yoga into my training programme. Yes, I have taken pilates regularly, almost once a week whole summer. It is actually very challenging, it really is not only lying on a matress. I love the feeling in my abdomen after the pilates session. It feels like several centimeters would have disappeared from my midbody in one hour! Also other parts of my body get their share almost each pilates session. But yoga... the inspiration for that was short.

Time is moving so fast, can't believe it! Two weeks ago I started my diet towards Mr Olympia. I decided to go with the "Swedish Fitness/Better Bodies crew" to take part of this big event. Im so excited and I'm sure this is going to be one of the biggest adventures ever. And being there representing Better Bodies makes it even better ;) As time goes on and people around me is starting to hear about my diet I'm continuing getting the question; What are you up to? Are you going for the Swedish Nationals? But no, I'm not competing this year.

How are you? Have you been working out or done other things this summer? I have done both.This summer has been fabolous! I have been in my cousines wedding in Bergen, and it was so romantic. I love weddings!Bergen is a lovely city by the westcoast of Norway. Its full of culture and history We also got to see the Norwegian Championship in Bicycling that weekend. Lots of things has happend.. I have started running, finally! I haven't been running in six years, but yesterday I ran over 10km, most of the time in the woods.

Look what I got!! New outfits from Better Bodies!! This will fit perfect when I travel to Crete in the end of this month. I really look forward to see the sun now. The norwegian summer has been terrible, so it will be great to get a tan and to chill out. Even though it's a vacation, there will ofcourse be a lot of training as well so this BetterBodies-outfit will be my best friend. But what else is new? We just got our club for NKF approved. So from this fall we will have girls compeeting for my gym.

It's been six tough weeks for me, not being able to do what I love the most. But this week I got some fantastic news, I am well enough to workout! I was so happy I felt like I could fly and went diretctly to the gym. It feels so good to be back where I belong! I have to make slow progress in order for my body to adapt to working out again, but every step is a step in the right direction. I have been so lucky to have great people and sponsors around me for support and to keep my head up the past weeks.
